On other apps your match is talking to twenty people at once. On Ida, your match can only talk to you, and you only to your match. You can keep browsing and liking profiles in the meantime: Ida remembers your likes and lines them up for later.

Your conversations stay between you
Messages on Ida are end-to-end encrypted. The server only stores ciphertext: nobody at Ida can read your conversations, even if they wanted to. None of the big dating apps do this, because their moderation depends on reading your messages.
Free for what matters
Browsing, liking, matching and chatting are free, with no limits. Optional subscriptions (Ida Star, Nova and Supernova) add tools like seeing who liked you, boosting your profile or skipping the queue. You can meet someone on Ida without ever paying.
Who it's for
