Child Safety Standards

Ida is a dating app designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. The safety of minors is a top priority, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Ida. We verify age during the onboarding process through date of birth confirmation. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and deleted.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Ida and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

• Any sexual content involving minors, including images, text, or any other media
• Any attempt to solicit, groom, or exploit minors
• Sharing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Any content that sexualizes or endangers children

Reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these standards, please report it immediately:

• In-app: Use the report feature available on any user profile or conversation
• Email: contact@datingwithida.com

Enforcement

When we receive a report or detect content that violates our child safety standards, we take immediate action:

• The account is immediately suspended pending investigation
• All relevant content is preserved for law enforcement purposes
• Reports are filed with the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement

Cooperation with Authorities

Ida fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation. We comply with all applicable laws regarding the reporting of CSAE material and will provide any requested information to assist in investigations.
